How to: Set appointment reminders.
Solution:
Select the 'Daily' or 'Weekly' tab in the schedule. Place the cursor in the desired appointment. Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Set Reminder'.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Defaults' tab.
3) Select the 'Set reminders for appointments automatically' check box.
Set Reminder
4) Type the amount of time before the appointment for the reminder.
5) Click 'OK'. (A reminder is set for every appointment in the schedule.)
